Position: In-House Videographer & Social Media Content Creator/Strategist

Are you a creative storyteller with a passion for content that connects and converts? High Point Land Company is seeking a full-time Videographer & Social Media Content Creator/Strategist to join our team at our Waverly, Iowa office. This is an exciting opportunity to grow a powerful brand through dynamic video content, social storytelling, and data-driven strategy.
What You’ll Do:
- Edit and produce high-quality video content for listings, land auctions, brand campaigns, for growing social channels
- Develop and implement a strategic social media content calendar across Instagram, TikTok, Facebook, YouTube, and more
- Capture and repurpose agent-generated content, testimonials, behind-the-scenes footage, and educational highlights
- Utilize AI tools and emerging tech to increase content output and efficiency
- Monitor and report on engagement analytics to grow our digital presence and audience
- Stay current on platform trends and adapt content accordingly
- Collaborate with the Marketing Coordinator, Content Creation Team, and leadership for aligned messaging
What You Bring:
- Proven experience in video editing, content creation, and social media growth/management
- Strong skills in Adobe Premiere, Final Cut Pro, CapCut, or similar tools
- Familiarity with AI tools (e.g., ChatGPT, Runway, Descript, Canva AI, etc.) to streamline workflows
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines with minimal direction
- Excellent communication, time management, and creative problem-solving skills
- A self-starter mentality, you don’t wait for direction, you find opportunities
Bonus if you have:
- Drone experience (licensed or willing to become certified)
- Real estate, ag, or land industry experience or interest
- Graphic design or photography experience
- Experience using Meta Business Suite, Creator Studio, and YouTube Studio analytics
