I am a new landowner only because the land is passed down to each generation. I am not the one to ever work the land as it has a renter doing all of the work for the last 50 or so years. I needed an appraisal of the land to calculate my mom’s date of death worth. To make things more challenging I live in MN and am 3+ hours away from the land. I contacted my realtor who has a dad for a realtor in Iowa. He recommended High Point Land Co. The website was easy to navigate. Not gonna lie, I looked for the guy that had the most small town, grew up on a farm, probably FFA in high school, look to him. I emailed on a Sunday. Expecting a Monday or Tuesday reply. Noah Hopp replied to me right away on Sunday. I told him what I needed. Everything was quick and easy to get started. He visited the land, wrote everything up, and was done in less than the 45 days promised. The report was longer and had more detail than my master’s degree thesis including my research. I would definitely recommend High Point Land Co. for appraisals. If I needed a land company to sell my land or purchase land I would call Noah Hopp!

We owned our farm on the Rush River for over 30 years and it had been a family farm on my wife’s side for a generation before that so selling it involved many different feelings and emotions.
