High Point Land Company is honored to offer the Rathjen family farms to be sold at live and online public auction Thursday, July 28, 2022 at 1:00 p.m. The auction will be held at the Grand Occasions Event Center outside of Osseo, WI.

These farms haven't been offered to the public for several decades and have been cherished by the Rathjen family for several decades. Both of these properties have a current crop tenant for 2022 and will be free of any crop lease following this year.

This auction shall consist of 2 farms totaling 90 +/- acres with 77.76 +/- acres of that being high quality tillable land. These properties have been rented in the past years from $65-$100 an acre. Farmland in this area of Eau Claire County seldom becomes available for purchase. These farms shall be offered "Choice with the privilege" for the high bidder to choose any or all tracts until all farms have an established high bidder.
