High Point Land Company is honored to offer the Welke Brothers farms to be sold at live and online public auction Wednesday, June 8th at 1:00 p.m. The auction will be held at the Grand Occasions Event Center outside of Osseo, WI.
This farm hasn't been offered to the public for 52 years, and has been cherished by the Welke Brothers for several decades. This property has a current crop tenant for 2022 and will be free of any crop lease following this year. The entirety of the farms tillable acres was also limed this past year.
