Located on the Dubuque/Delaware County Line on Goose Hill Road between Cascade and Hopkinton sits this 216.46+/- acre mostly tillable farm. This productive farm will be offered in 4 tracts and the auction method will be Choice with the privilege.

Tract 1: 51.33+/- total acres consisting of 49.41+/- acres of FSA certified cropland. The tillable acres consist mostly of Marshan Clay Loam, Clyde-Floyd complex and Olin Sandy loam and boast an average CSR2 rating of 67.7. Tract 1 offers Excellent access off of Goose Hill Road and has had 3 different tile projects completed in 2012, 2014, and 2021 to provide excellent drainage.

Tract 2: 71.74+/- total acres consisting of 60.39+/- acres of FSA certified cropland.
