One paying 256.14/acre and the other paying 298.46/acre. These contracts provide a great opportunity for the new owners to either keep them in place or cancel at their discretion and put this 75.1 CSR2 land back into production! If the new owners decide to cancel the CRP contract and farm this land, there will be no penalty as long as it is declared prior to 10/1/2022 per the FSA office.
