What You’ll Be Doing
- Outbound Prospecting: Make daily outbound calls to connect with landowners, farmers, and investors. Generate and qualify new business leads.
- Inbound Lead Response: Follow up on incoming leads quickly and professionally. Assess their needs and set up appointments with our land agents.
- Relationship Building: Create and maintain strong connections by understanding each client’s unique situation and goals.
- Lead Qualification: Use thoughtful, strategic questions to build a qualified pipeline and track progress in the CRM.
- Client Education: Help potential clients understand land values, the benefits of auctions, and how High Point can serve them best.
- Collaboration: Work closely with our agents and office staff to ensure each lead is handled efficiently and with care.
