Real Estate Agent – Field Agent

We are currently experiencing tremendous growth and are looking to expand our team of Field Sales Agents to help grow and service our clients.
Position Summary
As a Field Sales Agent, you will work with our Inside Sales Team to build and maintain strong relationships with landowners, buyers, and industry professionals. In this role, you will play a critical role in driving sales, generating leads, and collaborating with our ISR Team to deliver an exceptional customer experience.
Key Responsibilities
Client Relationship Management:
- Build rapport with prospective clients, including landowners, farmers, and industry professionals.
- Maintain ongoing communication with clients to understand their needs and present tailored solutions.
Sales & Lead Generation:
- Identify and pursue sales opportunities through networking, referrals, and cold outreach.
- Close deals with effective negotiation skills, securing listings and auction agreements.
- Attend industry events, trade shows, and community gatherings to establish presence and connections.
- Collaborate with the ISR team to convert leads into successful transactions.
Negotiation & Closing:
- Utilize expert negotiation skills to secure favorable terms for clients while achieving company objectives.
- Effectively present value proposals to landowners, buyers, and other stakeholders to close deals.
Qualifications
- 3+ years of professional sales experience
- 5+ years of professional employment experience
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to build trust
- Experience in agriculture, hunting, and/or rural markets
- Strong negotiation skills with the ability to close deals
- Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record
- Experience working in a collaborative team environment
Preferred Experience
- Current real estate license or ability to obtain one
- Proficient with CRM systems and technology
What We Offer
- Base salary: $65,000
- Commission: Uncapped earning potential based on sales performance
- Total targeted annual income of $100,000-$150,000+
