Real Estate Agent – Field Agent

We are expanding our Inside Sales Representative (ISR) Team and are looking for a dynamic, motivated Field Sales Agent to help grow and service our client base.
Position Summary
As an Outside Sales Agent on the ISR Team, you will be the face of High Point Land Company, building and maintaining strong relationships with landowners, buyers, and industry professionals. This role requires strong sales and negotiation skills to close deals, secure listings, and sign auctions. You will play a critical role in driving sales, generating leads, and collaborating with our ISR team to deliver seamless customer experiences.
This is a fast-paced, high-performance role suited for self-starters who thrive on connecting with people and achieving results.
Key Responsibilities
- Client Relationship Management:
- Build rapport with prospective clients, including landowners, farmers, and industry professionals.
- Maintain ongoing communication with clients to understand their needs and present tailored solutions.
- Sales & Lead Generation:
- Identify and pursue sales opportunities through networking, referrals, and cold outreach.
- Close deals with effective negotiation skills, securing listings and auction agreements.
- Attend industry events, trade shows, and community gatherings to establish presence and connections.
- Collaborate with the ISR team to convert leads into successful transactions.
- Negotiation & Closing:
- Utilize expert negotiation skills to secure favorable terms for clients while achieving company objectives.
- Effectively present value propositions to landowners, buyers, and other stakeholders to close deals.
- Marketing & Representation:
- Partner with our marketing team to promote listings and auctions.
- Represent High Point Land Company in the community as a trusted expert in land real estate.
- Operational Coordination:
- Coordinate with the ISR team and marketing team to ensure seamless execution of listings, showings, and auctions.
- Maintain accurate records of client interactions and activities in the CRM system.
Qualifications
- Must Hold a Real Estate License.
- Proven sales experience, ideally in high-value assets such as land, real estate, or equipment.
- Strong negotiation skills with the ability to close deals and secure listings and auction agreements.
- Highly self-motivated with a competitive and goal-oriented mindset.
- Familiarity with land, agriculture, or rural markets is a plus.
- Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to build trust and rapport quickly.
- Proficiency with CRM systems and technology for lead management and reporting.
- Ability to travel within the service area as required.
- Work well with a Team.

Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $50,000.00 – $120,000.00 per year (Base Plus Bonus)
Schedule:
- 8 hour shift
- Monday to Friday
- Weekends as needed
