Originally from Rochester, MN Kevin graduated from Mayo HS. Following his family ties in law enforcement he continued on to law enforcement school in Alexandria, MN and in 1986 he started investing Real Estate. Kevin has owned, operated, and managed Dairy Queens, storage complexes, laundromats, farms and rental properties his entire adult life. He also has a great knowledge base on finance and liability from his 15 year career in banking and insurance.
